Payment policy

All payments must be made prior to the treatment time so on arrival. Payment will be CASH or bank transfer.

Payment can be completed on arrival to the clinic. Treatments cannot begin until full payment has been received.

Coop shop in Sturry is on the corner to the Clinic with a free cash machine.

Appointments only clinic

We operate strictly on an appointments-only basis to ensure every client receives dedicated time, privacy, and the highest standard of care.

Location

located right next to Sturry station near Canterbury and only 7 minutes from Herne bay motorway turn off which you can drive straight towards Sturry station.  

Same side to the coop shop its the first right turning on to a gravel stone drive up towards the last house It's not so visible but it's a stone\gravel path. 

Please drive slow up the gravel path due to cats/animals which live in each house and may not be visible when driving. Kind regards.

Parking is on a stone driveway on the right side of the last house. This is only for customers only for their treatment time only and is free parking for clinic visitors only.

Cancellations Policy

48-Hour Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask all clients to give at least 48 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer the time to another client and keep the clinic running smoothly.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in:

  • A cancellation fee added too next treatment if not discussed. 

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain an efficient and fair booking system for all clients.

 

Free parking on site

We offer free onsite parking for all clients, making your visit easy and stress-free. Parking is available directly outside the clinic for your convenience.

Please park on the stone driveway only. This is private land and is safe to park here. I ask all customers to drive slowly when arriving and leaving the property as there are cats and animals which live on site and along the path down to main road.

All treatments are carried out by fully trained, qualified, and licensed professionals, ensuring the highest standards of safety, care, and expertise. You can feel confident knowing you are in skilled hands and receiving treatment from practitioners who meet all professional requirements

Free Consultations

We give free advice and consultations to all our treatments.

A consultation may be taken over the phone or sent via email before attending the clinic. This avoids disappointment as we make sure our clients are safe and okay to go ahead when they arrive for there treatments. We still discuss the consultation on arrival on each visit to make sure nothing has changed please be advised this is the best way to confirm safety of our clients and details are correct.

Please arrive on time for appointments

Arrival time must be 10 minutes prior to the treatment time. Each visit a consultation will take place this will NOT deduct any time to your treatment. Clients will get their full treatment time.

Clinic will be closed to public when your treatments start to give private personal time to each client.
